We retail furniture and home products sourced from multiple brand and manufacturer partners. Furniture is, by its nature, a product that involves natural materials and handcrafted finishes. Please note the following:

• Wood is a natural material. Grain pattern, colour, knots, veining, and tonal variations are characteristic of solid and engineered wood and are not considered defects.
• Fabrics, leather, cane, rattan, marble, and stone may vary slightly in shade, texture, and pattern from the showroom sample, swatch, or image displayed on the Website.
• Hand-finished pieces may show minor brush marks, polish variations, or weave irregularities that reflect the handmade nature of the work.
• Product images, descriptions, and dimensions on the Website are indicative and provided by our brand partners. Actual size, colour, and finish may vary marginally. For exact details, please refer to the product specification or contact our team before ordering.
• Floor model, display, and clearance pieces, when sold, are sold on an “as is, where is” basis and the condition is as inspected by the customer at the showroom.

4. Stock Availability and Brand-Ordered Items

• In-stock items are dispatched from our warehouse or showroom as per our standard timelines.
• For brand-ordered items, an advance payment of, e.g., 50% of the order value may be required to confirm the order. The balance is payable before dispatch or at the time of delivery, as agreed.
• Indicative lead times will be confirmed at the time of order. Once a brand-ordered item has been placed with the brand partner, cancellation may not be possible or may attract a deduction — see our Return & Cancellation Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments through approved methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, NEFT/RTGS, and select wallets. Cash on Delivery, where offered, may attract an additional handling fee and is available only on eligible orders and PIN codes.
• EMI and financing options, where available, are subject to the terms of our finance partners.
• Promotional prices, discount codes, and offers are valid only for the period and on the conditions specified, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time before an order is confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Order Acceptance

Your order placed on the Website or via WhatsApp, email, or our showroom is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as stock unavailability at our brand partners, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or PIN-code serviceability. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or invoice.

7. Delivery, Installation, and Assembly

Delivery, installation, and assembly are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be safely transported to its intended room, including doorway, staircase, lift, and corridor clearance. Any modifications to the premises required for installation are at your cost.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Product Warranty

• The warranty period, scope, and exclusions are as stated by the brand or manufacturer on the warranty card, product tag, or invoice supplied with the product.
• We will help coordinate warranty claims with the relevant brand or manufacturer on your behalf, including initial inspection, photographs, and documentation.
• Final acceptance, repair, replacement, or rejection of any warranty claim is at the discretion of the brand or manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.
• Warranty is non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser, and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, unless the brand warranty specifies otherwise.

Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, fading, and shrinkage natural to wood and fabric
• Damage caused by misuse, overloading, accidents, pets, pests, or improper cleaning
• Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight, heat, moisture, or harsh chemicals
• Repairs, modifications, or refinishing performed by anyone other than authorised service personnel
• Floor model, display, clearance, or “as is” pieces, except where expressly stated

10. Care and Use

Furniture must be used only for its intended purpose and in line with the care instructions provided by the brand or manufacturer. We recommend regular dusting with a soft dry cloth, avoiding harsh cleaning agents, keeping pieces away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and using coasters and mats to prevent stains or marks.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Website
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
• Use automated tools such as bots or scrapers without our prior written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit products purchased through us without authorisation

12. Intellectual Property

You confirm that the content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading.

14. Disclaimers

The Website and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product specifications, care instructions, and warranty terms are provided by the relevant brand or manufacturer; the terms applicable to your specific order will be those stated on your invoice and the warranty card supplied with the product.

15. Limitation of Liability

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, fire, government restrictions, brand-partner supply disruptions, or interruptions in transport or telecommunications. In the event of such delays, we will communicate revised timelines and work in good faith to fulfil your order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
