This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we deliver, install, and assemble furniture purchased from Anupam Furniture Unlimited. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Where We Deliver
We deliver across India through our network of trusted transport partners and our in-house delivery team for select areas. Local delivery and installation services are available within Jaipur. 2. Order Processing and Lead Times
Lead times depend on whether the product is in stock at our warehouse or showroom, or needs to be ordered from our brand partner:

Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as brand-partner stock availability, festive seasons, transport delays, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any changes to the original timeline.
3. Delivery Modes
- Standard Delivery: Furniture is delivered to the ground floor or building entrance. Carrying the product to upper floors and installation are not included.
- White-Glove Delivery: Includes doorstep-to-room delivery, unpacking, assembly, basic placement, and packaging removal. White-glove service is included for select pieces and PIN codes, and is available as an add-on for others, as displayed at checkout or quoted by our team.
- Showroom Pickup: Where applicable, you may collect in-stock pieces directly from our showroom. Please intimate us in advance so the piece can be prepared for pickup.
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout or quoted by our team and are based on product size, weight, destination, and the type of delivery selected.
- Complimentary delivery may be offered on select pieces, on orders above, e.g., ₹25,000 within Jaipur, or during specific promotional periods.
- Upper-floor delivery without a service lift may attract an additional manual-carrying charge per floor, quoted at the time of scheduling.
- Re-delivery charges may apply if a delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer.
5. Access, Clearance, and Site Readiness
Customer responsibility: Before delivery, please ensure that the doorways, lifts, staircases, corridors, and the destination room can accommodate the furniture in its packed dimensions.
Please note:
- Packed dimensions of furniture are available on request before delivery; please confirm clearances in advance.
- Where access is restricted, we will attempt safe handling but will not be responsible for any damage caused by tight clearances, sharp turns, or unsuitable lifts.
- If the product cannot be delivered to the destination room due to access issues, we will leave it at the nearest safe point, and any further movement will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Any modification to the premises (door removal, hinge work, scaffolding, crane hire, lift-shaft access) required for delivery is at the customer’s cost.
- Site should be clean, ready, and free of obstructions at the agreed delivery slot. Removal of old furniture or rearrangement of the room is not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
6. Scheduling and Delivery Slots
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery slot.
- You will receive updates via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Please ensure that an authorised adult (18+) is present at the delivery address to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
- Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice. Multiple rescheduling requests may attract storage or handling charges.
7. Inspection at Delivery
Before signing the delivery note, please:
- Inspect the product for visible damage, scratches, dents, stains, or finish issues
- Confirm the model, colour, fabric, finish, dimensions, and accessories against your invoice
- Verify that the brand warranty card and any manuals are included where applicable
- Note any issue clearly on the delivery slip and inform our team on the spot
Once the delivery slip is signed without remarks, the product is deemed delivered in good condition, except for hidden defects that become evident on use, which must be reported within 48 hours.
8. Assembly and Installation
- Where assembly is included, our team will assemble the furniture in the designated room as part of the delivery visit.
- For wall-mounted, modular, or built-in pieces, installation will be scheduled separately and confirmed at the time of order.
- Wall mounting requires drilling; the customer is responsible for confirming the suitability of walls, the absence of concealed wiring or plumbing, and the structural ability to bear the load. We will not be liable for incidental damage to walls or premises during standard installation.
- Electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry beyond standard assembly are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
9. Packaging Removal
In white-glove delivery, packaging material is removed by our team after assembly. In standard delivery, packaging is left at the delivery point and its disposal is the customer’s responsibility.
10. Risk and Title
Title to the product passes to you upon full payment. Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery and signing of the delivery slip.
11. Damaged or Tampered Packaging
If your order arrives in a damaged or tampered condition:
- Refuse the delivery at the doorstep, or have the issue clearly noted on the delivery slip in the presence of our delivery team.
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and product before unpacking.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Return & Cancellation Policy, in coordination with the relevant brand or manufacturer where applicable.
12. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside India. For export, bulk, or contract enquiries, please contact our team directly.
